If we want to bound cooperation links we should get to know our partners

In this section you can find country files describing each national context and its legal framework for international cooperation focusing on the local and regional level.

EUROPEAN UNION countries:  Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

LATIN AMERICAN countries: Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
