The Observatory is open to the participation of you all

The Resources Centre offers all its users the chance to interact and benefit from the Observatory's activities. In order to do so, different participation tools are available.

Registered users
Being a registered user enables you to:

• receive personalised alerts on the different interest issues
• receive the Observatory's quarterly e-newsletter in your inbox
• participate in the Blog by adding comments and putting forward your views on the issues being discussed
• comment on the bibliography in the Library
• build up and manage "My report", a selection of favourites within the website

Pre-registration to training
It is possible to pre-enrol on both the in-person and on-line training activities by completing a form available on this website in each edition.

Contact and cooperation with the Observatory
Users are also able to contact the Observatory by e-mail from any part of the website in order to:

• raise specific enquiries
• propose issues to be debated on the Blog
• suggest useful information such as news and bibliographical references
• contribute initiatives and outstanding experiences via specific forms
• request inclusion in the directory of institutions
• put themselves forward as a partner organisation*
  

*What is a partner organisation?
An organisation that establishes a dynamic of joint work with the Observatory by sharing information in order to improve the level of knowledge on decentralised cooperation.
