New training offered by the Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation

At this moment concerned about the global pandemic of COVID-19, which is strongly crashing into all the countries of the world, great challenges arise that will define the next decade. The 2030 Agenda with its 17 objectives and decentralized cooperation appear as necessary elements to achieve the necessary sustainable development, but also the recovery of this pandemic.

The Observatory for Decentralised Cooperation is launching a new online training proposal in order to foster the role of local and regional governments as well as strengthening their capacities to develop local public policies focused on the fields of international action and decentralised cooperation, and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda and SDGs.

The online courses is taught simultaneously in different languages and is free for all participants, since the costs are borne by the promoting entities so that this training is available to as many local and regional governments (LRGs) as possible from different parts of the world.

This course is offered in French and Spanish.
