13th Edition of the On-line course on Decentralised Cooperation
The Observatory of Decentralised Cooperation EU-LA, headed by the Barcelona Provincial Council and the Intendance of Montevideo, with the collaboration of the Open University of Catalonia (UOC), are launching the thirteenth edition of the online training course in Decentralised Cooperation.
A significant new aspect of the 13th edition is that the course will have three modalities: English, Spanish and French in order to reach all the regions of the world.
The course on Decentralised Cooperation primarily targets technical and political decision-makers in international relations and development cooperation at local and regional governments. Similarly, it encourages the participation of applicants from other spheres of government, who guide and manage decentralised cooperation programmes. A total of 35 places are offered for each of the three language modalities and participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate issued by the Open University of Catalonia (UOC).
The on-line training, with a clear practical vocation and structured in five modules, has a duration of 60 hours distributed between 17th April and 30th June 30, 2018. The key dates to remember are:
2nd April, 2018: Closing of the pre-registration period
17th April 17, 2018: Start of the course
30th June 30, 2018: Completion of the course
